Quality Policy of INFOMED Ltd.

The management of INFOMED Ltd declares its QUALITY POLICY, which is published in the Organization and available to interested parties.

INFOMED’S QUALITY POLICY IS AIMED AT HIGH QUALITY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT AND CONSUMABLES TRADING AND MEDICAL EQUIPMENT SERVICE ACTIVITIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF CUSTOMERS AND STAKEHOLDERS.

In order to implement this quality policy, the management of INFOMED Ltd. focuses its efforts in the following areas:
▪ Establishing INFOMED Ltd. as a competitive provider of high quality sales and service;
▪ Expanding market share in the medical equipment and consumables trade;
▪ Presentation and offer of new, authorized for sale in the country of medical equipment and supplies;
▪ Maintaining the high quality of the service provided;
▪ Satisfying customer and other stakeholder requirements as well as applicable regulatory requirements;
▪ Efficient use of available resources to meet the requirements of customers and other stakeholders;
▪ Systematic implementation of product storage and protection requirements;
▪ Achieve continuous process improvements to the Quality Management System.

In order to achieve these objectives, INFOMED Ltd. has developed and implemented a Quality Management System compliant with the international standard ISO 9001:2015.
